Sparkling water production, carbonator (non-refrigerated) of 200L/hour

This robust and lightweight carbonator allows for the hourly production of 200 litres of sparkling water. It is the model we offer to hotels, communities, and large restaurants.

It is necessary to reduce the incoming pressure of fresh, pre-filtered water to below 3.8 Bar and the pressure of Carbon Dioxide between 4.4 and 4.8 Bar for efficient performance. The water inlet and outlet connections are 1/2" quick connectors while the CO2 inlet is 5/16" or 8mm. Note, for greater longevity of the device, it is advisable to use a water filter of maximum 0.5 µm downstream of the carbonator.

It is also recommended to pass the sparkling water outlet through a cooling circuit to perfect the absorption of Carbon Dioxide in the water.
